A: It can be expensive, but it doesnt have to be.  We pride ourselves on working with most budgets and providing several solutions.  We are more intrested in helping you and getting you organized. Our hope is that after making your life easier and more organized through your first makeover project, you will trust us to complete future projects. 

B. Traditionally most projects only take one day to complete.  We like to start the day off bright and early and be completely done by dinner time.  Depending on the project size and the amount of items to move around or put back into place, it may take two days.  Your Design Specialists will give you a great idea of long it will take at the time of your initial consultation.

C.  We will certainly move all of your items out of your storage area and move them back in once complete.  This is considered an additional service you will have to pay for. If you choose not to take advantage of our services in moving, you must have all areas clear to allow us to work efficiently and safely.  In most cases, you do not have to take everything out.   

D.  Most items we install can be removed if you sell your home.  Seek the guidance of your Real Estate Agent or Relator as the majority of what we do will enhance your home and give the appearance of a lot more space.  Our products add value to your home and you will usually get your money back if not make money on how much more you can get for your home. 

E.  At "Your Space" we strive to provide you with "Complete Home Storage Solutions".  What this means is that we know our competitors usually will not help you move your stuff in and out before and after a project and they will not haul away the items you no longer want.  We not only offer to move all of your items in and out, but we will haul away most items you no longer want.  In addition, those items that you do not want and are still of value or can be used, we will dontate to a non-profit organization to give to those who can use them.   We pride ourselves on giving back to the community and helping those who are less fortunate.   

F.  If a friend or family member can help you get more organized and build you a cabinet or install some shelving, congratulations!  Our company was started on family values and if it wasnt for our families we would not be here today.  Our recommendation is that you taken into full consideration the quality of the material that you will be using and the safety of what is built and installed.  At "Your Space" we are trainined professionals, who have over 20 years of expereice as well as many references who can attest to the quality of our craftsmanship.   

G.  The main difference between "Your Space" and our competitors is easy.... SERVICE.  We pride ourselves on being able to take care of people, all else will always fall into place.  The owner has 15 years of Professional Hospitality Services in the Hotel Industry.  He takes service personal to ensure that everyone gets what they asked for and are compeltely satisfied.  A cabinet is a cabinet and shelving is shelving.  We know that we have some great competitors out there who do a great job and in some cases we will even recommend them if we are not the solution for you.  We simply want to take care of people and offer the best service and products that we can. 

ABOUT US

A.  We have two locations.  We are located in Austin, TX and service the entire Central Texas Region. We have a second location near Rome, GA. and service the entire Atlanta Georgia Region.   

B. Generally we operate Monday thru Friday from 8am - 6pm.  In order to provide flexibilty for our clients we will do estimates and installs on Saturdays if necessarry.  We do not operate on Sundays in order to spend time with our friends and famlies and to relax and enjoy life.   

C. We do not charge for Estimates or Consultations.  In fact, we highly recommend that you take the time to visit with one of our Design Specialists.  We may not be able to help you with cabinets or shelving, but we may be able to suggest several options to help organize your storage area. 

D.  We do have references for work completed.  Simply ask your Design Specialists for references and we would be happy to get those to you.
